These General Conditions are applicable as an amendment and/or clarification to those established by Grupo Marcas Publiexpres SL and which you can consult by clicking here.
I- General
For each order on PubliboxPubliexpres, the buyer expressly accepts the following terms and conditions of sale.
II- Payment
Our invoices must be paid 100% in advance before shipping the products. Any delay in payment will entail the following penalties for the buyer, without the need to proceed with a formal communication and without reducing the costs of justice and execution:
- the monthly payment of interest based on 1.5% of the amount owed
- a fixed compensation equal to 15% of the remaining amount due with a minimum of 65 €.
III- Risks associated with transport
Any shipment, even free of charge, is made at the risk of the buyer.
IV- Complaints
Any complaint must be received by registered mail within eight days of written notification of receipt of the goods.
V- Delivery terms
Delivery times are indicative only. Orders cannot be refused due to late delivery. Late deliveries cannot cause damage. In all cases of force majeure and, in general, for all events beyond our control that prevent the execution of our commitments, we are exempt from any commitment without continuation. No products, personalised or otherwise, may be returned without our written permission.
VI- Cancellation of the order
In the event of cancellation of the order, the purchaser must notify us by registered letter within five days of the date of the order. In this case, the costs will be charged to and borne by the buyer, whatever their nature. Any offer, not accepted by post, shall be understood to be non-binding. The delivery of a document signed by the customer declines any responsibility for errors or omissions occurring after printing.
VII- Transfer of ownership of goods
PubliboxPubliexpres retains ownership of the goods delivered to the customer until the customer has paid for the goods in full.
VIII- Jurisdiction
In the event of disputes, the courts of Valencia shall have sole jurisdiction.
IX- Intellectual property
The projects, graphic designs, logos, designs, images and packaging models developed, proposed or adapted by PubliboxPubliexpres are the property of PubliboxPubliexpres and may not be used without its explicit written permission.
